An intake target is counted once a participant completes a minimum of 60 hours in pre-employment workshops, successfully completes their placement and the case is closed in CaMS. Youth Job Connection is a new youth employment program that launched in October, 2015 to serve youth aged 15 to 29 who experience multiple and/or complex barriers to employment by providing more intensive supports beyond traditional job search and placement opportunities.
